How do I know I can trust Maid Aide?

Who will be cleaning my home?
Our team of two arrives uniformed, thoroughly trained, screened, and bonded. We arrive in a marked/logoed Maid Aide vehicle.
Can I receive cleaning services if I have pets?
We are fully insured against any hazards in your home. In addition, we carefully designate a space ahead of time for your pet to safely roam while we work in your house.
Do I need to supply any of the cleaning products?
No, you do not! For your convenience, we bring all of our equipment and supplies. This ensures that we are always prepared and that you always receive a consistent standard of excellence. If you would like us to use any of your own chemicals, please let us know before the cleaning, and we will make sure to use it as you would prefer.
What should I do to prepare for my home cleaning?
For the best possible service, there are some things that can be done before our team enters your home:
- Pick up clutter to ensure our maids have the most time dedicated to the deepest level of cleaning while in your home.
- Keep your pets in an area that will not scare or distract the team.
- Close any doors of rooms you would like the team to avoid.
- Make sure the temperature in your house is at a comfortable level for cleaning.
How will the team enter my home?
The best way to ensure uninterrupted cleaning service is to provide us with a way to enter your home. Customers prefer to leave a key or garage code with us to make sure the team can clean every time. Keys, garage codes, and other entry methods are hidden, coded, and secured under lock and key. They are also given a unique identifier to give our customers the highest level of security.
What time will the team arrive at my house?
There are many factors involved with our maids’ arrival time to your home. Sometimes traffic, weather, or the home being cleaned before yours can cause the team to be a little late or early. Be assured, they will arrive as soon as they can. Please let us know of any time constraints you may have, and we will do our best to accommodate!
What happens if something is broken during the cleaning service?
Accidents happen and breakage does occur. If this should happen in your home, we will replace or repair anything that is damaged during your cleaning.
How do I make a payment to Maid Aide?
Most of our customers prefer to leave payment (cash or check) on the counter, where our team will pick it up. If you would prefer to pay with a credit card, we will be happy to store your information on our secure (PCI-compliant) software.
Should I tip the cleaning team?
Tipping is always up to our customers, but is becoming more commonplace in the maid service industry. Our teams are well-compensated, but you are more than welcome to offer a gratuity.
What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning job?
Our work is 100% satisfaction-guaranteed. If for any reason you feel your cleaning service was inadequate, we guarantee to work until our service meets and exceeds your expectations. If we missed a part of your home or commercial property while cleaning, let us know so we can return and make sure that the area is properly cleaned. What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens. We fully understand if your cleaning needs to be rescheduled. To ensure the best service possible for your home, as well as for other clients’ homes, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will try our best to work with your schedule.
Every employee of Maid Aide has been carefully pre-screened. We are properly trained, bonded and insured. Our team members will arrive at your home in a Maid Aide vehicle wearing the official Maid Aide uniform and a smile. Since our team members are Maid Aide employees and we don’t subcontract out our work, we take care of all the necessary paperwork and taxes so you don’t have to.
Wondering what to do with your pet on home cleaning day? Maid Aide is a pet friendly organization. We will make sure your pet remains in a pre-designated safe area while we are in your home.
What type of cleaning does Maid Aide provide?
We will work with you to create a customized home cleaning plan. This plan will include the appropriate care for all of the elements in your home – with your recommendations and preferences at its core. Our residential housekeepers will follow the cleaning plan each and every time.
A standard clean is performed by a team of screened, trained, bonded, and insured home cleaners. We do the dry work first. Dust is carefully removed from each room, from ceiling to baseboard and everywhere in between. Inside window sills, ledges and blinds are dusted while smudges are removed from the glass. Do you have beds that need to be made? We will take care of that, too. Furniture is wiped down and upholstery is vacuumed. We will also carefully vacuum the floor, getting into every nook and cranny – a sure sign that Maid Aide was there.
Heavy traffic areas such as the kitchen, bathrooms and foyers get special attention, too. Here, in addition to our dry work tasks, we will hand-wipe all furniture, cupboard doors, and appliances, and we will also clean the microwave inside and out. Floors are first swept, and then then washed and dried to a shine. Tubs, shower doors and stalls will be scrubbed down, removing soap scum and hard water stains. Toilets are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Mirrors will be left sparkling clean.
If you have a specific task you would like performed, please let us know. Often, extras, such as sweeping the front porch or doorstep, changing linens, and vacuuming the laundry room, are done at no extra charge. We appreciate the opportunity to go the extra step for you! We also offer other house cleaning services, such as cleaning out and organizing the refrigerator, move-in and move-out cleans, deep spring cleaning and more. Additional fees may apply.
We offer green cleaning options!
Is green cleaning important to you? Look no further than Maid Aide Professional Cleaning Service. We use color-coded microfiber clothes that do not contribute to landfills the way paper products do. The color coding system ensures we are not crossing chemicals for any reason. Microfiber clothes are also proven to remove bacteria without harsh cleaning agents. The green cleaning products we offer are safe for the environment. We also exclusively use HEPA-approved vacuums that are proven to remove allergens and prevent the spread of dust.
